Tim Tompkins
Tim Tompkins is an experienced and successful Real Estate Broker in Rochester and Upstate New York.  He was licensed to sell Real Estate at the age of eighteen (thirty one years ago).

Since his involvement as a teenager in his father's construction business, Mr. Tompkins has acquired a vast knowledge of all phases of Real Estate sales and leasing Brokerage.  He is further familiar with the “know how” of starting businesses in New York State, construction, rehabilitation, appraisal, and investment analysis & potential of properties.

This is a man that other Brokers and attorneys have called for advice.  As a registered mortgage Broker with the New York State Banking Department, a Licensed New York State Real Estate Broker, and a Greater Rochester Association of Realtors Designated Broker (the Broker in charge of the firm), he is a respected individual in this field.

He recently decided to start a new company called Prince Realty after acquiring and restoring a beautiful East Avenue mansion at the corner of Prince Street where the Prince Realty offices are located.

Community Activities
Tim Tompkins has donated much of his time and financial profits through the years to many causes such as the Community Chest, Ontario Jaycees, AIDS Rochester, Inc., Strong Memorial Hospital, Community Health Network, Empire State Pride Agenda, numerous political party campaigns, Spiritus Christi Church, and many more worthwhile causes.  He has served on many of these organizations boards as Chairman, President, or Executive Committee member.

Mr. Tompkins has worked on numerous political campaigns including working hard to get Bob Duffy elected mayor.

Personal Interests
He enjoys fine dining, wine tasting, highly competitive sports, boating, and relaxing at his pool with friends.

Mark Chiarenza
Mark Chiarenza was born and raised in Rochester New York. Always interested in business and entrepreneurship, he enrolled at Niagara University where he studied business. He received a Bachelors of Science in commerce with a concentration in marketing in 2003. He stayed in the Niagara Falls area and opened his first business, The third Street Tap Room, which was an Irish style pub located just down the street from the new Seneca Niagara Casino. He furthered his education by enrolling in the M.B.A program at Niagara University and received his M.B.A. with a finance concentration in 2005.

Enjoying great success in Niagara Falls, Marks’ heart was really still in his home town of Rochester. Mark decided to sell his successful business and return to Rochester where he received his Real Estate Sales License.
